  I would give negative stars if I could! Do not waste your time here the service sucks and they screw my order up on a daily basis! Today I was treated very rudely by one of their amateur employees after he screwed up my order..... He seemed as if he could care less no apology or nothing! I really hope the franchise owner of this dump reads these reviews because 90% of them are bad! where I come from customers should be treated with up most respect, not like some schmuck,,, There is another D/D about two miles down the road where they do things proper, I am done with this place!!!!!

  The worst service I've ever experienced at a dunkin donuts. It takes them 5 minutes just to make a drink. If you order food, expect to be there for 15 minutes plus and have to pull your car around the front of the building so the timer at the drive-up doesn't show poor performance.

  The service is unreasonably slow and they get my extremely simple order wrong about 3/5 days out of the week. Occasionally they give my coffee to other people in the drive thru line and have to make me a new one when i get to the window. I honestly think that if i ordered anything but a large black coffee i wouldn't be able to come here for fear of them messing it up too bad.
  
  If you come here, go inside so you can make sure they got your order right. It will NOT be quickly prepared. Im writing this in line for the drive thru. There was one car in front of me. I've been here for 10 minutes. This is a fast day.
